From zero to coding in about two minutes
Maximo Syntax is Maximo AI's official coding CLI. With a MyTabulon Coding Plan, it connects directly to your plan — no mtb_live_ key, base URL, or model configuration required.
1. Create your free MyTabulon account
Go to mytabulon.com, click Get started free, and enter your email. The Free plan is free forever and needs no card.
2. Install the Maximo Syntax CLI
Visit maximoai.co/syntax for the installer, then run the global npm install:
npm install -g @maximoai/maximo-syntax-cli3. Start the CLI
Open any terminal (macOS Terminal, Windows PowerShell, or your IDE's built-in terminal) and run:
maximo4. Sign in with MyTabulon
When the CLI asks how you want to log in, pick the MyTabulon option. It opens your browser, you approve the connection, and the CLI links to your Coding Plan.
5. Start coding
Your free Coding Plan includes Maximo Atlas 1.1 with 2 concurrent requests. Type your first prompt in the CLI and go. One account, one install, one login — about two minutes, and $0.
Using paid tiers
The same CLI works on Coding Plus, Pro, and Max. Your plan's full model catalog is available from the CLI, and usage draws from the same 5-hour and weekly pools as every other integration.
